Vintage - 1967 Snoopy Pilot Training Patch - USAF UPT Class 67D – Moody Air Force Base – Vietnam War

Undergraduate Pilot Training Class 67D, based at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. This class began training in 1967, one of several pilot cohorts produced that year as the U.S. Air Force ramped up operations during the height of the Vietnam War.

Moody AFB was a key site for pilot training from the 1940s until 1975, producing hundreds of aviators who went on to serve in aircraft ranging from the T‑37 and T‑38 trainers to the F‑4 Phantom and beyond. 

Class 67D represents the fourth training cycle of 1967, and items from these classes are sought after by collectors, historians, and veterans' families.
